Virtual Factory lifecycle

The ADVENTURE Virtual Factory lifecycle refers to the process that takes place when the ADVENTURE Framework is used to exploit a new business opportunity. The lifecycle encompasses six main stages: Collaborative process analysis, virtual factory design, execution, adaption, improvement and dissolution. There will be an entire lifecycle for each business opportunity.
